Benefits and compensation are a key component of our employment package at ITC. To show ITC's commitment to our employee's and the value that they add, ITC compensates employees based on their skills, performance and experience, in addition to local market conditions. To help employees reach their long-term financial goals, we offer the ability to invest in company stock and a company sponsored 401k program. The 401k plan features an automatic enrollment, which includes a company match. In addition, we also offer benefits in accordance with local market practices, which include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision and tuition reimbursement.
